2nd call for entries "60 Seconds Before Midnight"

Macabro: Mexico City International Horror Film Festival, together with the Facultad de Estudios Superiores "Acatlán" and the Facultad de Estudios Superiores "Aragón," invites the student community of both schools to take part in the second call for entries for the horror, science-fiction, and fantasy micro-short film contest "60 Seconds Before Midnight," which aims to spark creativity among the community of both schools through the exploration of horror and related film genres.

Call for entries opens: Friday, April 12

Deadline: Friday, June 28

Registration takes place via email at programació[email protected] and must include the following:

- Link to the short film via WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive.

- Attach a photo of your student ID card (both sides) and/or your class schedule.

- Poster representing the submitted project.

- The micro-short film must run no longer than one minute and 30 seconds, including credits.

Requirements

- The producer or director of the micro-short film must be a student at FES Acatlán or FES Aragón.

- The work must address one of the following genres: horror, science fiction, fantasy, or thriller.

- If the work is in a language other than Spanish, it must be subtitled.
