A la hora marcada

Don Lázaro is an old gunslinger who left violence behind to care for his granddaughter, Beatriz. The girl suffers from a terminal illness and has little hope of survival. But, every year, Lázaro receives a visit from an old friend for an appointment that will decide Beatriz's future.
