The Passenger

Based on a short story by Stephen King. Two very different friends drive along a highway at night. One is weak and insecure, the other a confident ladies' man. Stopping at a rest area, they witness a woman being beaten. For the gallant passenger, it's the perfect moment for his friend to prove his courage by confronting the abuser.
