This month our Macabro Nocturno goes scifi with this film by Argentine director Fabián Forte, in which apparent happiness is nothing more than the product of an illusion produced under contract with La Corporación.

Synopsis.- Felipe is a strict, meticulous, and cynical businessman living an idyllic relationship with his partner, Luz. Nothing seems to escape an encapsulated, comfortable, and financially secure existence, without a single upset. But all the discipline with which his life is designed begins to crack after a crisis in which Felipe loses control of his intimacy, regulated by a dark corporation with whom he signed the contracts that hold together the threads of his family life.

Macabro Nocturno is a project by #MacabroFICH in partnership with La Casa del Cine Mx, presenting, in a monthly screening since February 2015, part of the festival's film archive dating back to its founding in 2002.
