#MacabroXIX: Closing Ceremony and Winners

The Macabro International Horror Film Festival announces the winners of the XIX edition
Macabro's XIX edition has come to an end. Over 6 days journeying through Radio UNAM, FilminLatino, Canal 22, TV UNAM, Procine's Facebook page, and our own social media channels, audiences got to enjoy a lineup of international and contemporary cinema, and we also held a number of conversations with filmmakers and communication specialists who shared their experiences with Macabro this year.

To close out this experience, at the awards ceremony on the night of Sunday, August 30, the talent of the following productions was recognized:

To close out the festival, a live score for The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari was performed by the gothic band El Clan, in their second collaboration with Macabro. The broadcast was streamed from the Film Club Café venue, as well as via the macabro.mx website and the festival's YouTube channel.
