Synopsis: A biological plague strikes a town in Pennsylvania. The army is called in to contain it, but the townspeople, infected by the disease, rebel and turn on the soldiers. Synopsis: The military attempts to contain a manmade combat virus that causes death and permanent insanity in those infected, as it overtakes a small Pennsylvania town.
