Por la noche, desde la ventana, ve el espíritu de su abuela adentrándose en el bosque cerca de la casa familiar. Decidida a seguirla entre los árboles, Ana descubre un mundo de fantasía y misterio. Para resolver un antiguo conflicto familiar, la niña debe recuperar el mundo imaginario de su madre, olvidado desde hace mucho tiempo y abandonado en el bosque donde enterró su infancia.

During the Carnival holiday, Ana, an 11-year-old girl, travels to the countryside in the Southern region of Brazil for her grandmother's funeral, whom she hadn't seen in years. At night, through the window, she sees her grandmother's ghost entering the forest near the family's house. Determined to follow her among the trees, Ana discovers a world of fantasy and mystery. To resolve an old family dispute, the girl must retrieve her mother's long-forgotten imaginary world, abandoned in the forest where she buried her childhood.
