Macabro at Cinetekton 2018

This year, Macabro FICH — through its training and production-support project, Macabro LAB — partnered with Cinetekton, an international film and architecture festival, to hold the workshop "Production Design, Directing, and Cinematography: Building Atmosphere in Genre Film," which will be part of the activities of its fifth edition, taking place September 25 to 29, 2018, in the city of Puebla.
The workshop will be led by production designer Diana Quiroz and will be complemented by talks on directing (Abraham Sánchez), cinematography (Marco A. Camacho), and production (Izrael Moreno). The workshop will feature 12 short-film projects, which can be viewed on Cinetekton's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/cinetekton/ (abre en nueva pestaña))
This activity was made possible thanks to the support of the BUAP School of Fine Arts and the Faculty of Film.
In addition to this training project, the director of Macabro FICH, Edna Campos, is part of the fiction feature film jury. Cinetekton will hold its opening screening on September 25 with a showing of the Mexican film El Vigilante.
