#MacabroNocturno presents: The Hamiltons

This month, Macabro Nocturno dusts off one of the most iconic films of independent horror from the first decade of the century: The Hamiltons. Mitchel Altieri and Phil Flores burst onto the independent horror scene with this unsettling low-budget film, which perfectly portrays a suburban family hiding a dark secret. Also screening: a short film featuring the return of actress Sharon Tate to the site of her death.
THE HAMILTONS | Dir. Butcher Brothers | U.S., 2006, 87 min.
When the Hamilton siblings are orphaned after a tragic accident that takes their parents' lives, older brother David relocates the rest of the family to California, where a school project uncovers the terrifying practices of part of the family, putting one of its members at a crossroads: stop a wave of crimes or betray those who have always cared for him.
