Cinco universitarios que platicaban sobre la leyenda urbana de Okamuro el verdugo, un ente mítico que aparece cuando dices su nombre, murieron decapitados mientras acampaban. Suzu, la única superviviente, sufre un trauma y jura venganza contra el malévolo ser. El miedo se extiende por todo el país y el número de víctimas aumenta.

Five university students who were talking about the urban legend of Okamuro the executioner, a mythical entity that appears when you say its name, were decapitated while camping. Suzu, the only survivor, suffers trauma and swears revenge against the malevolent being. Fear spreads throughout the country and the number of victims increases.
