#MacabroNocturno presents: Wekufe: El origen del mal
There's nothing better to end the year than a found-footage film that blends the folklore and legends of South America with this Chilean slasher that was part of the Latin American horror section at the last edition of Macabro.

A journalism student travels with her boyfriend to the island of Chiloé, a remote location in southern Chile, to investigate the connection between the large number of sex crimes and the legends that plague the area.
Macabro Nocturno is a project of #MacabroFICH (abre en nueva pestaña) in partnership with La Casa del Cine Mx (abre en nueva pestaña) which has presented, in a monthly screening since February 2015, part of the festival's film archive going back to its founding in 2002.
